Our cancellation and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 0-3 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 4-8 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 9-31 days or less before the event
N.B.Some of our programs subcontractors have more strict terms of cancellation. In this case, we follow their terms. About illness cancellation, we will refund 80% of the whole price. A medical certificate have to be show to us within two working days from the cancellation date. All cancellations to be received by e-mail (sales@buertravels.com) within the office hours in Finland (Mon-Fri at 9-17, GMT +2).
Buer Travels Oy has the right to cancel a safari program if it is because of the general safety or limitation of weather condition. In this case, the payment will be 100% refund to customers. In activities involving animals, our priority is their welfare. Should the physical condition of the animals not be suitable for the activity, we reserve the right to modify/delay or cancel the activity. If cancelled, a refund will be issued in full.
We reserve the right to make changes on contents, routing and timing of the safari program due to safety, weather condition or other irresistible factor reasons. If we make a major change to a booking, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will be able to choose whether to accept the changes or cancel the booking and receive a full refund.
Once your notified us the cancellation, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@buertravels.com.
