Securing Your Journey: To officially reserve your private guide, dedicated vehicle, and custom logistics, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final Balance: The remaining 70% balance is happily settled 30 days prior to your tour departure. For spontaneous, last-minute bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is handled upon confirmation.
Real-Name Ticketing Note: China's premier attractions (like the Terracotta Warriors) and high-speed trains operate on a strict passport-matching system. We will help you secure these coveted slots effortlessly—just ensure the passport details you share with Buer China Travel are accurate and up to date!

Whether you want to adjust your itinerary the day before departure or spontaneously pivot mid-tour while exploring with your guide, we offer a 100% Flexibility Guarantee. There are absolutely zero administrative fees from Buer China Travel for real-time routing changes. Your energy levels and inspirations are our absolute priority.
How We Handle Spontaneous Adjustments: If your on-site changes introduce new third-party costs (like upgrading to a first-class train seat or adding an extra attraction), we will simply pass on the direct cost difference. Because we pre-fund and fully lock in your private vehicle, driver, and expert guide for the entire day, no partial refunds are issued if you choose to shorten your day or skip an activity for a more relaxed pace.
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 8 days before your scheduled tour date: You will receive a full (100%) refund, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Between 3 and 8 days before your scheduled tour date: A 20% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance of your payment will be refunded.
Less than 3 days before your scheduled tour date: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.
Please Note: Any strict cancellation fees imposed directly by China Rail or municipal heritage sites for real-name tickets will be deducted from your eligible refund, regardless of the timeline.
Travel Agency Liability Insurance:
Your peace of mind is our top priority. Buer China Travel provides official Travel Agency Liability Insurance for every guest on our tours. This built-in protection covers operational safety and ground logistics managed directly by us during your trip.
Personal Travel Insurance Recommendation:
While our liability insurance covers our operational responsibilities on the ground, we still warmly recommend that you secure a standard personal international travel insurance policy in your home country. This ensures you are fully protected against personal variables like international flight delays, luggage loss, or pre-existing medical needs prior to crossing the border.
Tailored Comfort on Water:
For water town canal rides or lake cruises, if any member of your party prefers a larger, completely stable motorized sightseeing vessel instead of a traditional small rowboat, just let your guide know early, and we will happily arrange it for your comfort!
