A Perfect First Experience of Shanghai, Suzhou & Nanjing

We had a fantastic 5-day trip covering Shanghai, Suzhou, and Nanjing. Before coming to China, we were unsure whether taking day trips by high-speed train would be too complicated, but everything was arranged perfectly. Our guide met us at the hotel every morning, helped us get to the train stations, and made sure we never felt lost.
Suzhou was probably our favorite part of the trip. The classical gardens, old streets, and canals were exactly what we hoped to see. Nanjing was also a highlight, especially the historical sites and the peaceful atmosphere around the Purple Mountain area.
The service was professional but also very personal. Our guide gave us great suggestions for local dishes and adjusted the pace based on our interests. It felt more like traveling with a knowledgeable local friend than joining a standard tour.

Very Smooth and Well-Organized Tour

Excellent service and a stress-free family trip from start to finish

This 11-day private tour through Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou was one of the most enjoyable family trips we have ever taken.

What really stood out for us was the service from start to finish. Jennifer was our main contact from Buer China Travel and she was absolutely fantastic. She responded quickly to every message, patiently adjusted the itinerary multiple times based on our preferences, and always made us feel like everything was under control.
