A Wonderful First Experience of Xishuangbanna

This was our first time visiting Xishuangbanna, and this tour gave us a wonderful introduction to the region.
The rainforest scenery was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed visiting the Dai villages and learning about their traditions.
Our guide Lily was fantastic — she explained the culture in a very interesting way and always adjusted the pace when we needed a break.
The whole trip felt relaxed and well organized.

Questions About Exploring Xishuangbanna Rainforest

Hello, we are interested in this Xishuangbanna tour because we really want to experience the rainforest and local Dai culture.
We have a few questions before booking:
1. Is Wangtianshu Rainforest suitable for people who are not experienced hikers?
2. How difficult is the canopy walkway? Is it safe?
3. Will we have enough time to enjoy the scenery and take photos?
Thank you!

Safety Considerations for Elderly Travelers at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

Hello, we are traveling with my parents and we have some safety concerns about Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
1. If my parents feel uncomfortable at higher altitude or decide not to take the cable car to Glacier Park, is there a place where they can rest while waiting for us?
2. Could the driver take them to Ganhaizi Meadow for a walk while we visit Glacier Park?

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We completely understand that when traveling with parents, having a comfortable backup plan is very important, especially for a high-altitude destination like Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

If your parents decide not to take the cable car, they can rest at the visitor center area while waiting. However, please note that due to the transportation regulations inside the scenic area, our vehicle can only park in designated parking areas outside the cable car station area. This means the driver cannot take your parents to Ganhaizi Meadow and then return to the cable car station afterward, as the vehicle would need to leave the area and may need to queue again for parking access.

Our suggestion would be to let your parents rest comfortably at the visitor center or nearby areas while the rest of the family visits Glacier Park. Our guide and driver will also help coordinate the timing so everyone can reunite smoothly.

We will always try to arrange the day in the most comfortable way according to your family's situation.
