Your guide and private driver will meet you at your Guilin hotel or Guilin Railway Station in the morning. After a quick introduction, you'll leave the city behind and head toward the Yulong River.

During the drive, we'll share a little about Yangshuo, the famous karst landscape, and how local life has developed around the river over the centuries. Your first highlight of the day begins at Gongnong Bridge, which is also the main transfer point and parking area for the Yulong River bamboo rafting route. After arriving, your vehicle will be parked nearby, and we'll help you take the scenic shuttle bus from the entrance to Shui'edi Pier, where your bamboo rafting adventure begins. The route from Shui'edi Pier to Jima Pier covers around 3 kilometers and takes approximately 40–50 minutes. It is considered one of the most scenic sections of the Yulong River, offering the perfect balance between beautiful landscapes and a fun rafting experience.

As your bamboo raft gently floats downstream, you'll pass through a classic Yangshuo countryside scene—towering karst peaks, green rice fields, bamboo groves, and quiet villages along the riverbank. The route also includes four small dams, where the raft glides over the flowing water and adds a little excitement to the peaceful journey.

After finishing your bamboo rafting experience, we'll continue to Yangshuo town and enjoy lunch near West Street, the most famous old street in the area. West Street is not only a popular place to explore but also a great location to experience Yangshuo's local food culture. We'll recommend restaurants based on your preferences, where you can try classic local dishes such as Yangshuo Beer Fish, Guilin Rice Noodles, and fresh countryside-style dishes. If you have dietary preferences or special requirements, simply let us know in advance. We'll help arrange a suitable dining option so you can enjoy a comfortable and delicious lunch.

After lunch, you'll also have a chance to feel the relaxed atmosphere of Yangshuo's old town before continuing your afternoon adventure.

After lunch, we'll take you to the area near Jima Pier, where you can rent an electric scooter or bicycle and begin exploring the famous Ten-Mile Gallery. This is one of our favorite ways to experience Yangshuo. Instead of quickly passing by the scenery from a vehicle, cycling allows you to slow down and truly connect with the countryside. Along the way, you'll ride past peaceful villages, open farmland, winding country roads, and dramatic karst mountains rising in the distance.

The best part of cycling is the freedom it offers—you can stop whenever you find a beautiful viewpoint, take photos, or simply enjoy a quiet moment surrounded by nature. This slower rhythm is exactly what makes Yangshuo special.
