Booking your Impression West Lake Show tickets with us is simple and convenient.

Step 3: Receive Your QR Code Ticket
Before the show date, we will send you the electronic ticket QR code via email or message.
On the show day, simply open the QR code and scan it at the entrance to enter the venue directly.
No physical ticket collection is required.
After completing your payment, you can contact us regarding your preferred seating area.
Our team will help check seat availability and assist with seat selection based on the available ticket categories.

We will send you a QR code voucher by email or message.
On the show day, go directly to the entrance of Song of Everlasting Sorrow Performance.
Scan the QR code and enter the venue.
The first show starts from the west gate, and the following three shows start from the east gate.
Recommended Arrival Time:
Ticket checking begins one hour before the performance. Please arrive 30 minutes before the performance starts.
Tickets for this performance are sold under real names and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after booking.
In the event of extreme weather or equipment malfunction leading to performance cancellation, everything is subject to the announcements issued by the scenic area.
