The husky farm is located in the middle of an Arctic Circle area, around 10 km away from Rovaniemi. Get to know the dogs, and you will receive a sled driven from the farmer, and embark on the short but enjoyable sleigh ride!
After the short expedition, relax in the cosy dwelling as you enjoy the traditional snacks and refreshments served by the local farmer. Learn all about the Husky dogs, their lifestyle, Lappish tales, and histories from the locals.
INCLUDE
- Guide in English (other languages available on request: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese)
- Pick-up and drop off to your hotel or accommodation around from Rovaniemi city center
- Winter clothes (overall, boots and gloves)
- Husky Farm Visit
- Husky 800m sleigh ride （approximately 1-2 min, 4-6 pax per sleigh）driven by staff from the farm (in autumn, there will be carriages with wheels in case the snow is insufficient for sleighs)
- Snacks and hot drinks
NOTE
- At least 2 people are required for this tour to take place on weekdays and Saturdays
- At least 4 people are required for this tour to take place on Sundays and public holidays
- Children under 12 year old must be accompanied by adults paying the full price
- Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
- Infant under 2 is complimentary
- Product may be cancelled or rescheduled if the group size is smaller than 2 persons
Cancellation policy
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event
