Welcome to China! Your 13-day Muslim-friendly adventure begins in Beijing, the capital city where ancient history meets modern life. Upon your arrival at Beijing Airport or train station, our professional driver will meet you with a warm welcome and transfer you directly to your hotel. After a long journey, we understand that comfort matters most, so we keep your first day relaxed and flexible. Once you check in, you can take some time to rest or explore the neighborhood around your hotel at your own pace. Our team will also provide useful travel tips, including information about transportation, halal dining options, and the schedule for the following days.
After breakfast, your Beijing exploration officially begins. Your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby, and we will start with the heart of China's political and historical center — Tiananmen Square. Standing in this enormous public square, you will feel the scale and importance of modern China. Your guide will share stories behind the surrounding landmarks and explain how this area has witnessed many important moments throughout Chinese history.
From Tiananmen Square, you will continue walking into the magnificent Forbidden City, the former imperial palace of China's Ming and Qing dynasties. As you pass through the red walls, golden roofs, and carefully designed courtyards, you will discover how emperors lived and how traditional Chinese architecture reflected ancient beliefs about harmony and power.
After exploring the imperial world, we will take you to Niujie Mosque, Beijing's oldest and one of the most important mosques in China. Unlike typical Chinese temples, Niujie Mosque beautifully combines Islamic traditions with traditional Chinese architectural styles. Here, you can learn more about China's Muslim communities and their long history in Beijing.
For lunch, we will arrange a halal meal at a carefully selected local restaurant, allowing you to enjoy authentic flavors while following your dietary preferences.
In the afternoon, visit the peaceful Temple of Heaven, where ancient emperors once prayed for good harvests. The beautiful circular architecture, quiet gardens, and local atmosphere make it one of Beijing's most charming cultural sites.
After the tour, your driver will take you back to your hotel, giving you a comfortable end to your first full day in Beijing.
Today, prepare for one of the most unforgettable experiences in China — standing on the Great Wall.
After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive approximately 1.5 hours to the Mutianyu Great Wall, one of the best-preserved and most scenic sections of the Great Wall. Compared with the more crowded sections, Mutianyu offers a more comfortable experience with beautiful mountain scenery surrounding the ancient stone walls. As you walk along the watchtowers and mountain ridges, you will have plenty of opportunities to take photos and appreciate this incredible achievement of ancient engineering.
Our team will arrange the visit according to your physical condition. You can choose a relaxed route using the cable car, or enjoy more walking if you want a deeper Great Wall experience.
After the visit, enjoy a halal lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the Dingling Tomb, one of the thirteen Ming Dynasty imperial tombs. Walking through the underground palace, you will discover the mysterious burial traditions of ancient Chinese emperors and gain a deeper understanding of the Ming Dynasty's history.
At the end of the day, we will drive you back to your Beijing hotel.
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Beijing railway station for your high-speed train journey to Xi'an. The bullet train experience itself is a wonderful part of traveling through China. In just a few hours, you will leave the imperial capital behind and arrive in Xi'an, the ancient starting point of the Silk Road.
Upon arrival in Xi'an, your local guide will welcome you at the station and take you for lunch at a halal restaurant before beginning your sightseeing.
In the afternoon, visit the beautiful Summer Palace (depending on train schedule and availability, this visit can be arranged before departure from Beijing or adjusted accordingly). Known as a royal retreat for the Qing emperors, the palace combines peaceful lakes, traditional gardens, and elegant pavilions. Walking beside Kunming Lake and exploring the Long Corridor, you will experience a completely different side of Beijing — quieter, more natural, and filled with classical Chinese garden beauty.
After sightseeing, we will transfer you to your Xi'an hotel and help you settle in for the next chapter of your China journey.
After breakfast, your Xi'an adventure begins with a journey into one of China's most fascinating ancient capitals. Your private guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and take you to explore the city's legendary history, from the underground army of the first emperor to the vibrant Muslim culture that has shaped Xi'an for more than a thousand years.
Your first stop is the world-famous Terracotta Army, one of the greatest archaeological discoveries in the world. Hidden underground for over 2,000 years, thousands of life-sized clay soldiers, horses, and chariots were created to protect Emperor Qin Shi Huang in the afterlife. As you walk through the three excavation pits, your guide will explain the stories behind this incredible site — why each warrior has a different facial expression, how the ancient craftsmen created such detailed figures, and how this discovery changed our understanding of China's early civilization.
After exploring the Terracotta Army, we will arrange a halal lunch at a local restaurant before returning to the city center.
In the afternoon, continue your cultural journey at the Great Mosque of Xi'an, one of the oldest and most famous mosques in China. Unlike traditional Middle Eastern mosques, this historic mosque blends Islamic traditions with classical Chinese garden and architectural styles. Walking through its peaceful courtyards, you will discover how Islamic culture traveled along the ancient Silk Road and became part of Xi'an's diverse history.
Nearby, explore the lively Muslim Quarter, one of the best places in Xi'an to experience local Muslim culture. The narrow streets are filled with traditional architecture, halal restaurants, and local specialties. Your guide will help you discover authentic flavors and introduce the stories behind famous Xi'an foods.
As evening arrives, we will visit the Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City, a beautifully designed cultural street inspired by the golden age of the Tang Dynasty. The colorful lights, traditional performances, and ancient-style buildings create a magical atmosphere, especially after sunset.
After enjoying the night views, your driver will transfer you back to your hotel for a comfortable rest.
Today, you will discover more of Xi'an's ancient charm before flying to Zhangjiajie, where spectacular natural landscapes await.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and begin the day with a visit to the impressive Xi'an City Wall.
Built during the Ming Dynasty on the foundation of the old Tang capital walls, Xi'an City Wall is one of the best-preserved ancient city walls in China. Standing on top of the massive stone structure, you can enjoy a unique view of the old city and imagine what Xi'an looked like hundreds of years ago when it was a major Silk Road destination.
You will then visit the elegant Small Wild Goose Pagoda, a peaceful Buddhist pagoda dating back to the Tang Dynasty. Compared with the larger Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, this area feels quieter and more traditional, surrounded by beautiful gardens and historic buildings.
Continue to the Xi'an Museum, where you can learn more about the city's remarkable past. Through ancient artifacts, sculptures, and cultural exhibits, you will gain a deeper understanding of Xi'an's role as the capital of multiple dynasties and the eastern gateway of the Silk Road.
For lunch, we will arrange a halal meal at a trusted local restaurant before your flight.
After sightseeing, your driver will transfer you to Xi'an Airport for your flight to Zhangjiajie. Upon arrival, our local team will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Unlike busy cities, Zhangjiajie welcomes you with fresh mountain air, quiet forests, and dramatic landscapes. Take some time to relax and prepare for tomorrow's unforgettable nature adventure.
Get ready for one of the most breathtaking days of your China journey. After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up and take you into the incredible Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its towering sandstone peaks, deep valleys, and dreamlike scenery.
Your first destination is Tianzi Mountain, often called the "King of the Peaks." As you ride up the mountain and reach the viewpoints, you will be surrounded by thousands of unique rock pillars rising through the clouds. On clear days, the scenery looks almost unreal, with layers of mountains stretching endlessly into the distance. Your guide will help you choose the best viewpoints depending on the weather, because Zhangjiajie's landscape changes beautifully throughout the day — sometimes hidden by mist like a traditional Chinese painting, and sometimes revealing dramatic cliffs under bright sunlight.
Continue to Yuanjiajie, one of the most famous areas in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Here you will see the iconic Hallelujah Mountain, the inspiration behind the floating mountains in the movie Avatar. Standing in front of these enormous stone pillars, you will understand why this place is considered one of China's most spectacular natural wonders.
To make your visit more comfortable, we arrange the famous Bailong Elevator, the world's highest outdoor glass elevator built into a cliff. The short ride offers incredible views as you descend beside the mountain wall — an experience that combines nature and engineering.
After exploring the mountain area, enjoy a local lunch arranged by our team.
In the afternoon, walk through the peaceful Ten Mile Gallery, a scenic valley surrounded by unique peaks and green forests. The easy walking route allows you to enjoy Zhangjiajie at a relaxed pace while appreciating the different shapes of the mountains.
After a full day surrounded by nature, your driver will take you back to the hotel. You can relax and recharge for tomorrow's Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain adventure.
Today is another highlight of your Zhangjiajie experience, combining thrilling attractions with some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in China.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, home to the famous glass bridge suspended high above the valley. Walking across the transparent Glass Bridge, you will look down at the deep canyon below while surrounded by green mountains and fresh air. Although it may feel exciting at first, the experience is completely safe and offers one of the most memorable photo opportunities of the trip.
After crossing the bridge, continue exploring the canyon area. The walking route takes you through forests, waterfalls, and mountain paths, allowing you to experience the quieter side of Zhangjiajie beyond the famous viewpoints.
After a halal-friendly lunch arranged by our team, continue to one of Zhangjiajie's most iconic landmarks — Tianmen Mountain. Take the spectacular cable car ride up the mountain, known as one of the longest cable car journeys in the world. As you rise above the city, you will see the landscape gradually change from urban scenery to dramatic cliffs and mountain forests. At the top, explore the famous Cliff Hanging Walkway, where a glass section allows you to experience walking along the edge of the mountain while enjoying incredible views of the valley below. You will also see the legendary Tianmen Cave, a natural archway through the mountain that has become one of Zhangjiajie's most recognizable symbols. Your guide will arrange the route carefully according to weather conditions and your walking ability, ensuring you enjoy the scenery comfortably without feeling rushed.
After the tour, return to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening in Zhangjiajie.
After breakfast, your Zhangjiajie adventure comes to an end as you continue your journey toward one of China's most picturesque destinations — Guilin. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to the railway station for your high-speed train to Guilin. The journey itself is a relaxing experience, allowing you to watch the scenery gradually change from dramatic mountains to the peaceful countryside of southern China.
Upon arrival in Guilin, your local guide will welcome you at the station and transfer you to enjoy a halal lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant.
In the afternoon, begin exploring Guilin's famous landscape with a visit to Elephant Trunk Hill, the city's most recognizable landmark. This unique limestone formation rises beside the Li River and resembles an elephant drinking water from the river, creating one of the most iconic views of Guilin. Walking around the scenic area, you will discover traditional pavilions, beautiful river views, and peaceful gardens. Your guide will share local legends about the mountain and explain why Guilin's landscape has inspired Chinese poets and artists for centuries.
After sightseeing, your driver will take you to your hotel. You can enjoy a relaxed evening or explore the nearby streets at your own pace.
Today is dedicated to experiencing the breathtaking natural beauty that makes Guilin famous around the world.
After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you toward the Yangshuo area. Along the way, you will discover why Guilin is often described as a place where "the mountains and rivers form a perfect painting."
Your first stop is Xianggong Hill, one of the best viewpoints for enjoying the classic Li River landscape. After a short uphill walk, you will reach the viewing platform where a panoramic scene unfolds in front of you — winding rivers, green mountains, and small villages surrounded by mist. This viewpoint is especially beautiful in the morning when the sunlight creates layers of shadows across the karst peaks. It is one of the best places to capture the peaceful scenery that appears on traditional Chinese paintings.
After enjoying the view, continue to the Li River, the highlight of Guilin's natural scenery. The river flows between countless limestone peaks, creating a landscape that feels completely different from anywhere else in China. Depending on the schedule and weather conditions, we will arrange the best way for you to enjoy the river scenery, whether through a scenic cruise experience or selected viewpoints along the river.
For lunch, we will arrange a halal meal so you can continue exploring comfortably.
In the afternoon, visit West Street in Yangshuo, a historic street combining traditional Chinese architecture with a lively international atmosphere. You can walk through the old stone streets, browse local shops, and enjoy the relaxed riverside atmosphere.
After the tour, we will transfer you back to your Guilin hotel.
Your final morning in Guilin offers a chance to experience the city beyond its famous mountains and rivers.
After breakfast, your guide will meet you at the hotel and take you to a local tea plantation. Guilin's countryside is not only known for beautiful landscapes but also for its traditional tea culture. Walking through the green tea fields, you will enjoy the peaceful rural atmosphere and learn about local tea-growing methods. Our guide will introduce how Chinese tea is produced and how tea has played an important role in daily life and hospitality for centuries.
Continue to Jingjiang Prince's Mansion, a historic site dating back to the Ming Dynasty. Known as the "Forbidden City of Guilin," this ancient royal residence combines traditional architecture, cultural relics, and beautiful gardens. From the top of Solitary Beauty Peak, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Guilin city surrounded by mountains.
Your next stop is the fascinating Reed Flute Cave, one of Guilin's most impressive natural attractions. Inside this enormous limestone cave, colorful lights highlight unique rock formations created over millions of years. The combination of natural formations and artistic lighting creates a magical underground world.
Enjoy a halal lunch before your driver transfers you to Guilin Airport for your flight to Shanghai.
Upon arrival in Shanghai, our local team will meet you at the airport and transfer you comfortably to your hotel. After several days surrounded by mountains and nature, Shanghai welcomes you with its energetic city atmosphere and modern skyline.
Your final full day in China is dedicated to discovering Shanghai — a city where traditional Chinese culture and international influences come together. After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and begin your Shanghai city tour.
Start with Yu Garden, a beautiful classical Chinese garden built during the Ming Dynasty. With its elegant pavilions, rockeries, ponds, and traditional architecture, Yu Garden offers a peaceful contrast to Shanghai's modern skyline.
Next, explore the nearby City God Temple Market, one of Shanghai's most famous historic commercial areas. Located around the City God Temple, this lively neighborhood combines traditional Chinese architecture, local shops, and old Shanghai culture. Walking through the bustling streets, you can discover classic snacks, traditional handicrafts, and local specialties while learning about the history of this important cultural area from your guide.
For lunch, we will arrange a halal meal at a trusted restaurant in Shanghai, allowing you to continue exploring the city comfortably.
In the afternoon, visit the famous Oriental Pearl Tower, one of Shanghai's most recognizable landmarks. From the observation deck, you can enjoy panoramic views of the city, including the Huangpu River, skyscrapers, and the historic Bund area.
Continue to The Bund, Shanghai's most iconic waterfront. Standing beside the Huangpu River, you can admire the unique contrast between the historic European-style buildings along the river and the futuristic skyline of Pudong across the water.
Then take a walk along Nanjing Road, Shanghai's most famous shopping street, where historic department stores, modern brands, and bright city lights create one of Shanghai's most vibrant urban scenes.
Continue exploring Shanghai's cultural side with a visit to the French Concession. The tree-lined streets, old villas, and charming neighborhoods reveal another side of Shanghai's history, where Eastern and Western cultures have blended for more than a century.
End your day at Tianzifang, a creative arts district hidden among traditional Shanghai alleyways. Here, you can explore small galleries, local handicraft shops, cafés, and unique boutiques while experiencing the atmosphere of old Shanghai life.
After the tour, your driver will transfer you back to your hotel, completing your unforgettable China Muslim tour journey.
