1st Show: 19:40 – 20:35
2nd Show: 21:15 – 22:05 (available on most Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays; subject to daily schedule)

Booking your Impression West Lake Show tickets with us is simple and convenient.
Step 1: Submit Your Booking Request
Fill in the booking form with:

After receiving your request, we will check ticket availability and confirm your booking details.
Step 2: Complete the Payment
Once your tickets are confirmed, you can complete the payment securely by credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.
Step 3: Receive Your QR Code Ticket
Before the show date, we will send you the electronic ticket QR code via email or message.
On the show day, simply open the QR code and scan it at the entrance to enter the venue directly.
No physical ticket collection is required.
After completing your payment, you can contact us regarding your preferred seating area.
Our team will help check seat availability and assist with seat selection based on the available ticket categories.
Please note that seat availability depends on the booking status at the time of confirmation.

After your ticket is issued:
We will send you a QR code voucher by email or message.
On the show day, go directly to the entrance of Impression West Lake Scenic Performance.
Scan the QR code and enter the venue.
Recommended Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the performance starts.
For groups of 10 people or more, we provide an additional convenient transfer service.

Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
Impression West Lake is an outdoor performance. In case of extreme weather conditions, technical problems, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, the performance may be cancelled, postponed, or adjusted.
If the show is officially cancelled, we will assist with changing the performance date or processing a refund according to the official policy.
Customer Cancellation
Once tickets are successfully reserved, cancellation or refund requests caused by personal reasons may not be accepted.
